1. Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it, provided it has not already been processed or shipped.

Note: Orders once processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

2. Returns

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless:

  • The product is damaged during transit

  • The wrong product was delivered

In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the damaged/wrong product

  • Unboxing video (optional but helpful for quick resolution)

  • In case of damage product or replacement of the product will be delivered with 7 days

3. Refunds

Once your return request is verified and approved:

  • A full or partial refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

  • In some cases, we may offer a replacement product instead of a refund

Note: Refunds are not applicable in cases where:

  • The product was opened/used

  • The return request is made after 48 hours of delivery

  • The delivery address was incorrect

4. Shipping Costs

If a return or replacement is approved due to damage or our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.

All the orders will be delivered with in 7 working days
